- Funding help: we work hard to secure funding and can likely supply funded subsidies for your camp or program. You can also apply for funding yourself, and we supply everything applications ask for: the proposal, safety documentation and learning-outcome statements, usually same day.
- Everything included: no surprise gear hire, no per-instructor add-ons, no admin fees.
Why do you publish your prices when other providers do not?
Because teachers plan before they enquire, and school trips are usually funded by fundraising, EOTC allowances or caregiver contributions. Coordinators need real numbers early. Published per-student pricing lets you plan up front. What we suggest is to get a Proposal Document together with everything in it, so you have one key document to share with your leadership team or Board.
How do the funded subsidies work?
We work hard to secure funding and can often apply subsidies to Overnight School Camps and Full Day Surf Programs. Tell us about your school and group when you enquire and we will let you know what is available for your dates; we put this all in your Proposal Document from the outset!
What exactly is included in the per-student price?
Everything needed to run the session: qualified instructors, wetsuits, boards, rash shirts, safety equipment, sunscreen and all safety documentation. No gear hire, no per-instructor add-ons, no admin fees. Your proposal itemises it line by line.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
Half days suit 4 to 60 students, full days up to 100, overnight camps 40 to 140, and small group surf camps 6 to 40. Bigger than the maximum? We split across multiple days or camps.
